Booking Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all private transfer and chauffeur services provided by Book Italy Transfers. By confirming a booking, the customer agrees to the following conditions.

1. Service Overview

Book Italy Transfers provides private transportation services including airport transfers, city-to-city transfers and private tours across Naples, Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast. All services are pre-booked and operated by professional drivers.

2. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving a confirmation via email or WhatsApp. Customers must provide accurate details including pickup time, location, number of passengers and luggage.

3. Prices & Inclusions

All prices are fixed and include fuel, highway tolls, parking fees and taxes. There are no hidden charges unless additional services are requested (extra stops, waiting time, etc.).

4. Payment

Payment can be made in cash directly to the driver or via agreed online payment methods. In some cases, a deposit may be required to confirm the booking.

5. Waiting Time

Airport pickups include up to 60 minutes of free waiting time from the actual flight landing time. For all other services, a 15-minute waiting time is included. Additional waiting time may be charged.

6. Flight Monitoring

All flights are monitored in real-time. In case of delays, pickup time will be adjusted automatically without additional charges within the included waiting time.

7. Cancellations

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to full charge.

8. No-Show Policy

If the customer does not show up at the agreed pickup location within the included waiting time, the service will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.

9. Luggage Policy

Each vehicle has a specific luggage capacity. Customers must inform us in advance of any excess or special luggage. We are not responsible for service issues due to incorrect information.

10. Passenger Conduct

Passengers must behave respectfully. Drivers have the right to refuse service in case of dangerous or inappropriate behavior.

11. Delays & Force Majeure

The company is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, road closures or other circumstances beyond our control.

12. Liability

Book Italy Transfers shall not be held responsible for missed flights, trains, events or connections due to circumstances outside our control.
